Customer Solutions Specialist (Insurance) Maddock Agency 1135 South Abington Road, Clarks Summit, PA 18411 The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people and proactively solving issues. Experience in insurance is preferred, Inquiries will remain confidential. Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone and email Provide knowledgeable answers to questions Qualifications P&C license preferred Ability to multi-task and organize Summary As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline of our organization, providing exceptional support to our clients. Utilizing core skills in customer service, phone etiquette, and data entry, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. A Property & Casualty License will enable you to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced and rewarding customer service role.
