Customer Service Representative 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars Lancaster, PA 17601 PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a large-scale Manufacturing company seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lancaster, PA We Pay Weekly! 8am-5pm Monday-Friday $19-21/hour Customer Service Representative Job Summary Processing incoming orders (EDI and Manual) Processing online orders Assume ownership of order accuracy, using a high degree of attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain an appropriate level of availability in the phone system As needed, communicate across departments by coordinating order logistics and specifics to ensure order fulfillment If applicable, regularly attend production meetings, making scheduled or order changes as needs and communicating order concerns if needed. • Customer Service Representative Qualifications Education, bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role Experience in manufacturing, construction, or building products is preferred Knowledge of Salesforce and Oracle/Avionte or other ERP is preferred Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic math calculations and measurements Well-developed conflict management skills Why PROMAN Staffing ?
