Job Description
The Wealth Analyst role consists of a two-year development program with primary responsibility in delivering an exceptional client experience. They are responsible for ensuring execution of all tasks related to client service including timely and accurate responses to all client requests, new client onboarding, information gathering, account setup and maintenance, meeting preparation and documentation, and investment reporting. Success Factors Responsibilities Works closely with Advisors to understand overall client financial situation to provide support in creating and delivering an exceptional client experience. Build and maintain client relationships and participate in meetings as needed Responsible for details and accuracy of all client service tasks including meeting preparation, note‐taking, documentation in the CRM program, completing new account documentation, proposal generation, account billing, transfers, deposits, withdrawals, distributions, and other account activity Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any client service related issues as they arise Work closely with internal team to review, monitor and enhance firm processes to improve client experience and attract new clients Receive, direct and handle telephone calls, faxes, emails and mail in a professional and courteous manner Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner to meet internal deadlines Maintain high level of organization and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines Carry out duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines Develop short and long term goals with the ability to execute effectively Actively listen to team members to understand their needs; respond to requests in a timely manner; provide appropriate resolution of conflicts Maintain confidentiality with external client information as well as internal employee and firm information People Management/Relationships Take initiative to be a team player (seeks out opportunities to help others) Treat everyone with respect Develop loyalty and trust with the team Successfully adapt to different personalities and working styles Proactively and effectively communicate information regarding status issues to team members Hold self accountable for assigned work; seek continuous feedback to learn and develop in role; open to new ideas and suggestions Required Skills Strong communication skills, written and verbal, to effectively interface with all levels of firm management and staff; ability to communicate issues and conclusions Analytical and data-driven individual with strong problem-solving skills Solid project management skills including critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive and stressful environment Ability to use sound judgement and discretion regarding confidential information Drive to complete performance targets and track record of meeting/exceeding expectations Ability to shift focus and adapt to change Education, Experience and Certifications Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management and/or related field Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience using data management/analysis tools such as SQL or Excel preferred Previous experience with various investment tools a plus (e.g. Bloomberg, Tamarac, etc) Essential Functions Must be able to remain in a stationary position as needed The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office and at client offices to access file cabinets, office machinery etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer Ability to communicate in a professional manner and exchange information with internal and external actors as needed Ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds Ability to work outside of normal business hours and weekends as needed Ability to travel to local and non-local clients as needed, overnight travel may be required This job description is subject to change at any time and employee will be given additional responsibilities as assigned
Salary Range:
