Job Description
Licensed Customer Service Representative Allstate – Prossen Agency New Castle, PA 16105 • Hybrid work We are a two location insurance agency seeking a qualified full time insurance customer service professional to handle specific customer service duties.
Duties will include the following:
Front Desk Customer Service Outbound Customer Care Inbound Customer Service Customer On-boarding Management of compliance documents
Office Management Requirements:
Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License along with excellent computer skills and outstanding communication and customer service abilities. We will consider candidates convenient to our New Castle/Neshannock Township office.
