Customer Service Representative Maple Logistics Solutions 704 Legionaire Drive, Fredericksburg, PA 17026 Maple Logistic Solutions is currently hiring for Customer Service Representative.

Customer Service Representative Requirements & Duties:
Assist customers in various ways, including processing orders, resolving customer issues, and answering questions. The position requires the ability to effectively handle multiple internal and external customer inquiries and/or concerns in a courteous and professional manner. A strong work ethic, as well as a positive team player attitude is essential for success in this fast paced business environment. Cross-training on all office jobs will be required. Preferred knowledge & experience: Intrapersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in administrative tasks Computer skills Phone skills Attention to detail Time management Must be at least the age of 18
