Full-Time / Part-Time About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Sales Representatives to promote AT&T products and services inside Costco and Target retail locations. In this role, you will engage with shoppers, provide product information, and help customers select the best wireless plans and devices to meet their needs. This is a retail-based sales position that combines customer service and technology sales in high-traffic environments. Your Day-to-Day Initiate conversations with Costco and Target shoppers to introduce AT&T wireless services and products. Guide customers through available plans, features, and device options to support informed purchase decisions. Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals. Maintain knowledge of AT&T products, services, and promotions. Process new activations, upgrades, and account changes using AT&T systems. Work collaboratively with store teams and AT&T representatives to ensure a positive customer experience. Follow company policies and compliance procedures during all interactions. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in retail, sales, wireless, or customer service preferred but not required. High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and people skills. Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging customers in a retail environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
