• Salary TBD depending on ability and experience Your Role With the Company The Personal Lines Customer Service Representative is responsible for acting as a primary contact for service and support of personal lines insurance clients.

Accountabilities include obtaining and compiling information to offer quotes for all types of personal lines coverages. In addition, you will provide follow-up and maintenance on claims to ensure accurate and timely processing. Another key aspect of the role is analyzing existing customer plans to ensure optimal coverages, recommending necessary additions and changes. Responsibilities and sense of ownership will be encouraged, consistent with performance. Ideal Candidate Profile

• Active Property & Casualty license
• Basic understanding of insurance or desire and ability to learn
• Minimum of 3 years of direct client support or customer service
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, in-person)
• Strong analytical skills
• Prior agency experience with rating and claims processing/administration is a plus
• Proficient and comfortable using computers
• Utilize good initiative and decision-making ability
• Strong, independent learner
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
