Our client, Corbett Insurance is seeking an outgoing, motivated professional to join their team as a?full-time Property and Casualty Service Representative. Position Overview:
The ideal preferred candidate is someone with a licensed Commercial Lines background who can deliver exceptional service and offer risk management solutions to the Company’s growing client base. Build meaningful and positive relationships with clients to maintain retention. • Develop strong business relationships with appropriate insurance carrier personnel.• Timely follow up with clients’ queries, solicit further sales, and a proactive approach to solving or referring problems. Be organized and efficient. Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage. Ensure a positive customer experience.
Job Duties include:
Develops complete client information and applications for new and renewal business under the direction of the Agency Owner. Processes change requests/endorsements, binders, certificates of insurance, account summaries, proposals, policies, lost policy releases, audits, and account balance status when requested. Maintains files with accurate records according to company policies. Follows company procedures in order to achieve and maintain positive audit results. Assists in the development of solid business relationships with appropriate insurance carrier personnel. Recognizes and satisfies carrier goals and objectives to enhance business relationships. Ensures accuracy of account information for new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy in rating, coverage, and signatures, and enters these transactions to generate billing invoices promptly. Reviews all premium audits according to Agency procedures recognizing that the Agency must process them promptly. Attend training and seek self-directed learning to continue industry and technical knowledge education. Other duties as assigned.
Salary:
Salary commensurate with experience, compensation includes new and renewal commissions.
