Responsibilites / Principal Duties Provide superlative service andsupport to customers. Improve customer relationships and customersatisfaction. Processing of parts orders and providing partspricing for repair order for all products. Place orders andgenerate job sheets to be sent to the shop to manufacture productto fill order request. Communicate with customers verbally and inwriting. Provide order status, tracking information and ship dateinformation to customers and others. Release existing quotes forfabrication. Perform other duties as assigned. Responds to customerrequest regarding parts, quotes, and rders including status on allproducts provided by CornellCookson. Assist in other areas asnecessary and work cooperatively with others to help achievedepartmental and organizational goals Qualified candidates mustpossess the following minimum qualifications: Must be highlyorganized and have a proven ability to work within a teamenvironment. 2-5 years experience interacting with customerspreferred. Must possess superior communication skills. Must haveexperience in a customer service environment communicating withcustomers, processing or inputting orders and/or high volumes ofdata entry. Rolling door knowledge and mechanical background aplus. Must possess superior communication skills and be adept attraining and educating others.
