Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is looking for BDC Service Representatives to join our growing team! •Training pay is $15.00/hr• We provide a training program for all unexperienced employees. (Opportunities available to make more after training!) A Day in the Life of a BDC Service Representative (but not limited to): Answer inbound calls and respond to emails promptly. Make outbound calls to schedule service appointments and follow up on service reminders Schedule service appointments efficiently, considering customer preferences and service department availability. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or manager.
