Customer Service/Pack and Ship 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 3170 East State Street, Hermitage, PA 16148 Minuteman Press/One Stop Mail is seeking a candidate for Customer Service and Pack-n-Ship Counter Service. The position involves direct interaction with customers coming into our shop as well as on the phone and via email. We are looking for someone with an interest in the print industry, a desire to learn new things, a basic understanding of shipping, and great customer service skills. Duties of the candidate will include: Work with current and new clients daily via email, over the phone, and in-person. Packing, sorting, labeling, and entering shipping information. Lifting heavy packages required as needed. Offering additional products/services to customers. Making copies. Cash Handling. Assisting in print shop bindery, printing invoices, and calling customers. Delivering printed jobs to customers (work vehicle provided) Maintain an orderly work area.

The successful candidate will:

Customer Service & Pack – n- Ship Counter Be able to work independently and be able to multitask/handle several client jobs at the same time. Have a clean driving record. Have proven track record in customer service. Clean Driving Record and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Graphic Design and Print Experience is very helpful. FedEx Office, Staples Print/Copy Center, UPS Store Experience is helpful. Pay is based on experience. Additional duties will be rewarded with additional pay. Morning Shifts, starting at 8:30am. Hours and days of the week are flexible. No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays. No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays.
