In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while also driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry in our systems. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and improve service delivery. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Package material accessories for delivery of orders. Assist in keeping stock of material accessories for outgoing deliveries. Field incoming phone calls from customers to resolve needs, quote, design, and submit jobs as needed. Review jobs for accuracy and maximum efficiency before submitting to the plant to be built. Work with the sales department and the production plant to accurately design jobs to meet customer needs and time frames for delivery. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficient in data entry with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and strategies. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer engagement. Knowledge of wood building materials, components, and practices. Experience with Auto CAD or Mitek Structure, and blueprint reading are a plus.
