Responsibilities Communicate effectively and deliver a high level of customer service when resolving billing, policy changes, coverage and claim issues. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions through effective sales administration practices. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Requirements Strong communication skills Exceptional computer skills Insurance industry experience preferred Property & Casualty Insurance License is required (unlicensed candidates will be considered with the expectation they must obtain their insurance license within the first two months of starting the position). Ability to work effectively on a team Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask Strong aptitude and willingness to learn computer programs including but not limited to agency management system and insurance carrier websites.
