AT&T Customer Representative:

Engage with prospective customers directly, answer questions, and enroll them in service plans that best meet their needs. Drive sales performance by closing enrollments and contributing to weekly and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records by entering customer information into our secure database. Support office operations through participation in training, reporting, and administrative tasks. Take part in team meetings with leadership to improve skills and grow within the sales environment. Ensure client data is kept current and complete to support a seamless customer onboarding process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience in sales, client services, account management, or leadership roles is a plus.
