Hybrid Position Summary:

Manage direct customeraccount data for clients customers in US and Puerto Rico to ensurecompliance with federal and state requirements. Business Analystsreview all incoming customer account creation and change requests,validate licensing and determine what (if any) additionalrequirements are needed to comply with regulatory requirements andclient’s policies. In addition, Business Analysts assign tradeclassification to customer accounts, which drives customer invoiceterms, discounts, taxes, eligibility for contract pricing, and maycontrol access to specified products.

Position Responsibilities:

Create and maintain customers within their appropriate salesorganization and company area to ensure accurate revenue data indownstream financials. Requires Perform due diligence researchincluding a comprehensive search of internal and external databasesto determine and verify account’s primary business activity toassign the appropriate trade class.

Education and Experience:

High schooldiploma required Bachelor’s degree preferred

Technical SkillsRequirements:

SAP and Microsoft office, internet navigation,industry knowledge regarding customer classification andfunctionality preferred
