You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently Assist customers with scheduling service appointments Update customer records accurately in the CRM system Provide information on promotions and specials

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software
