This is an extremely fast paced call center where our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for responding in a timely, professional and courteous manner. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all customers. Responsibilities:
Following closely, the sets of outlined instructions, processes and procedures in accordance with the department and company policies. and quickly adapting to changes and modifications Communicate with patients/medical professionals regarding order status and possible information needed Obtain necessary patient information to provide excellent customer service Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide updates as needed. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Maintain a professional demeanor while managing challenging customer situations. Utilize computerized systems to document interactions and track customer feedback effectively. Qualifications Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Proficient in using office software and computerized systems for documentation purposes. Excellent communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
