Receptionist/Client Service Representative Exotic and Small Animal Hospital of PA King of Prussia, PA 19406 Job Overview Are you passionate about animals and love helping people? Do you have experience in veterinary medicine and pride yourself on creating a warm, welcoming environment? The Exotic and Small Animal Hospital of PA is looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR)/Receptionist to join our team! Responsibilities As the first face clients see when they walk through our doors, you’ll play a key role in shaping their experience. Greeting clients and checking in patients Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy. Provide information about our services, including pet care and veterinary options. Assist clients in scheduling appointments and managing their pet’s health records. Processing payments and maintaining accurate records Providing calm, empathetic support to clients during stressful moments Assisting the veterinary team as needed with communication and coordination Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as necessary. Skills Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting Experience in veterinary settings or familiarity with veterinary critical care is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. A kind, professional, and proactive demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfort working around exotic pets (don’t worry—we’ll teach you!)
