Veterinary Client Service Representative Main Line Urgent Vet Ardmore, PA 19003 Client Service Representative – Main Line Urgent Vet Main Line Urgent Vet is a new, independently owned urgent care veterinary practice opening in August on the Main Line. We provide compassionate, same-day care for pets who need to be seen quickly but don’t require an emergency hospital. Our mission is to offer exceptional, efficient care while creating a supportive and empowering environment for our team. This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new practice from day one. About the Role We’re hiring Client Service Representatives (CSRs) who are passionate about client care and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a critical role in creating a welcoming, calm, and organized experience for pet owners in urgent situations. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and assist with check-in/check-out processes Manage the virtual waitlist to ensure timely and efficient patient flow Monitor and respond to emails and client messages in a timely, professional manner Answer phones, respond to client inquiries, and triage appointment needs Provide clear, compassionate communication to clients Coordinate with medical staff to support a smooth and organized clinic environment Process payments and maintain accurate records in our practice management software Support daily administrative tasks to keep the front desk running efficiently What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a veterinary or medical customer service setting preferred Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure A team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset Comfort with computers, phones, and fast-paced environments Schedule & Hours Our hours will be Monday-Sunday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM Our virtual waitlist closes at 7:00 PM, but team members may sometimes work beyond closing to ensure all patients receive the care they need.
