Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and needs. Manage order fulfillment by ensuring that products are stocked and readily available. Maintain an organized and clean counter area to enhance customer experience. Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding automotive services and products. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve service efficiency. Utilize phone etiquette to manage incoming calls effectively, addressing customer questions or directing them appropriately. Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous. Strong phone etiquette skills to ensure professional interactions over the phone.
