Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and personable Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time, commission-only basis. This role is ideal for a driven individual who excels in building and maintaining client and vendor relationships, with a strong focus on sales through our event planning services. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients and will guide them through the booking process, helping to turn inquiries into booked events. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients to understand their event needs and present Lavish Haus Events’ planning services. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from inquiry to booking. Drive sales through effective communication and follow-up, converting leads into confirmed bookings. Collaborate with the planning team to ensure client expectations and requirements are clearly conveyed. Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and sales progress. Represent Lavish Haus Events professionally in person, via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Support marketing efforts by providing client feedback and insights. Sales & Revenue Generation Work with the team to set and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets. Convert leads generated from marketing efforts into booked events, driving sales and revenue growth. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring potential repeat business and referrals. Utilize marketing efforts to identify new sales opportunities and increase bookings. Regularly report on sales performance, including progress toward goals and conversion metrics. Qualifications Proven experience in client relations, sales, or event planning support preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sales drive. Comfortable working remotely and in-person at our Hellertown office. Ability to work flexible hours based on client needs and availability. Familiarity with Philadelphia and NYC markets is a plus. Proficiency with CRM or Honeybook software and basic office tools. Compensation Commission-based pay only — earnings are directly tied to sales of our planning services. Percentage based. Flexible part-time hours with potential for hybrid work arrangements.
