What else does a Customer Service Representative do at Joshua Tree Experts? Maintain client account for accurate and detailed information Collect and enter services for new and existing clients Communicate with clients to answer any questions or resolve any issues Advise operational members in Tree Care, Lawn Care, and Pest Control of changes in services or necessary client information Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with our clients What do you need to become a Customer Service Representative? Excellent customer service skills including active listening Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize Able to remain professional and courteous in stressful situations Proficient use of technology and ability to learn new software Must be at least 21 years old Must be able to work 40 hours per week in Easton, PA office.
