Customer Service Representative Easton Suburban Water Authority 3700 Hartley Ave, Easton, PA 18045 Customer Service Representative Easton Suburban Water Authority, located in Easton, PA, is seeking a dedicated applicant for the Customer Service Representative position. This is a full-time, first-shift position with hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This position reports onsite to Easton, PA daily. While rare, this role may occasionally require extended hours or overtime based on operational needs.

QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING

A minimum of 2 years of customer service or office administrative experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with the public Problem-solving and analytical abilities to address customer concerns and provide resolutions Proficiency with general computer use and office software (email, databases, payment systems) Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in high-pressure situations Teamwork skills to collaborate with coworkers and support multiple departments Eligibility to work in the United States Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Serving as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and in person Providing accurate information to new and existing customers Processing payments (online, by phone, mail, and in person) and handling related inquiries Scheduling appointments for service and distribution departments as needed Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming mail Documenting customer interactions accurately and thoroughly Collaborating with coworkers across departments to address service issues Maintaining a professional and positive demeanor in all interactions

WORK CONDITIONS

Office environment with occasional need to remain stationary while assisting walk-in customers Requires attention to detail and sustained focus on computer and phone tasks Occasional lifting of office materials (under 25 lbs) may be required
