About the Role As a Customer Service Sales Representative , you’ll be at the forefront of in-store marketing events within a major retail environment. You’ll represent a nationally recognized brand, lead event initiatives, and drive customer engagement. Your Day-to-Day Coordinate and execute retail events that increase product visibility and drive sales. Lead and support a team of sales associates during in-store promotions. Work closely with retail and brand teams to align event goals and marketing strategies. Set and exceed sales targets through engaging customer interactions. Manage event setup, execution, and breakdown while adhering to timelines and budgets. Stay informed on product features, brand updates, and industry trends. Maintain a positive, team-driven atmosphere that supports high performance. What We’re Looking For Prior experience in retail sales, promotions, or team leadership preferred. Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented. High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Must be 18 years of age or older per state laws.
