Customer Support Specialist Debbie Pettinari State Farm Insurance 106 S Broadway, Wind Gap, PA 18091 We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Wind Gap, PA! We are excited to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls on product and service inquiries. Provide accurate information and field calls to our Sales team. Record customer interactions in our CRM (Salesforce) software system. Create follow-ups when necessary. Respond to inquiries regarding eligibility, availability, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Work closely with the Sales team to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge. Schedule clients for insurance and financial reviews with the Agent. Work with the Agent to establish and meet agency goals. Other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous work in a customer-facing position a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance license.
