We’re seeking a professional, organized, and personable Showroom Assistant to be the face of our showroom and provide invaluable support to our clients and company leadership

Responsibilities:

1. Phone and Email Communication Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism and warmth Share accurate information about our custom clothing and services Schedule and confirm client appointments Maintain timely and courteous follow-up with clients 2. Appointment Management Manage and coordinate the showroom calendar Ensure showroom is clean, organized, and client-ready Greet and assist clients during their appointments with exceptional hospitality 3. Executive Assistance Provide direct support to the company owner Assist with administrative tasks and scheduling Take initiative on small projects and day-to-day priorities 4. Customer Service Excellence Deliver a premium experience for every client visit Handle inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism Build relationships with new and returning clients 5. Showroom Operations Keep the showroom visually appealing and well-stocked Organize samples, fabric swatches, and display materials Monitor inventory and assist with restocking and ordering supplies 6. Team Collaboration Coordinate with the tailor, sales team, and virtual assistant Share updates, client needs, and scheduling notes clearly Work together to create a seamless client experience

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or executive support preferred Excellent communication and people skills Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Familiarity with fashion, tailoring, or custom clothing is a plus Proficiency in email, calendar management, and office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)

Job Type:
Part-time Pay:

$15.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

4 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus
