Summary As a Warranty Administrator at Brown-Daub Dealerships, you will play a vital role in managing warranty claims and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is essential to our commitment to providing exceptional service and support to our customers. Responsibilities Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently according to manufacturer guidelines. Communicate with service departments and manufacturers regarding warranty issues. Maintain detailed records of all warranty transactions and claims. Assist customers with warranty-related inquiries and concerns. Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures regarding warranties. Collaborate with team members to improve processes related to warranty administration. Requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with automotive warranty processes is a plus but not required. A friendly demeanor with a focus on customer service.
