Bilingual Customer Service Representative- Commercial AgentHours will be during 8am-8pm EST. CWs will have a 7.5-hour shiftwithin that timeframe! Please ensure you are flexible to thesehours.

Location:

Though remote, candidates must reside in local toone of the office locations: Philadelphia, PA, Columbus, OH, SaltLake, UT, Houston, TX and Bloomington, MN.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidatesneed to be native speaking Japanese with English as the 2ndlanguage this is a requirement. Though fully remote, candidatesMust reside within one hour of one of the office locations:

Philadelphia, PA, Columbus, OH, Salt Lake, UT, Houston, TX andBloomington, MN. Looking for excellent Customer Focusedcompetencies – seeking service-oriented individuals with strongcustomer service skills. HS Diploma or GED with a 2 years ofcustomer service experience. These positions are longstanding andwill have the opportunity to convert to full-time (roles willremain remote). There will be 2 rounds of virtual interviews. Startdate is ASAP though preferred, they will not need the twocandidates to start on the same date.

Job Description:

CSRs handleclaims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, etc., andwork with customers to solve problems.

Qualifications :

We arelooking specifically for 2 individuals who would be bi-lingual andable to speak Japanese; due to regional dialects within thelanguage we are looking for individuals who are native speakingJapanese and English as the 2nd language. Looking for excellentCustomer Focused competencies – seeking service-orientedindividuals with strong customer service skills. Must have strongverbal and written communication skills. This is a phone-basedposition which requires excellent verbal communication; use ofproper grammar; professional language/word choice vs casuallanguage/slang; ability to clearly communicate complex messagesover the phone. Ability to navigate through multiple systems at atime. ALL candidates must complete employment testing prior tosubmission.

Preferred qualifications:

Call center experience ispreferred Healthcare industry experience Medical backgroundhelpful
