This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and organizational skills, and is passionate about helping people. Fluency in both English and Korean is required, as you will support a diverse customer base and collaborate with both domestic and Korean-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Bilingual Customer Support & Product Guidance Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in both English and Korean , addressing inquiries related to orders, shipping, product specifications, and general support. Issue Resolution & Problem Solving Troubleshoot and resolve product- or order-related issues, such as discrepancies, defects, or usage concerns, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience in both languages. Order & Product Modifications Process customer requests for changes to orders, including item selections, quantities, and shipping information, maintaining accuracy and clear bilingual communication. Shipping & Delivery Coordination Offer timely updates on shipping status, delivery estimates, and tracking information, keeping customers fully informed throughout the process in their preferred language. Product Expertise & Consultation Develop deep knowledge of product features, specifications, and usage. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them make informed decisions—whether in English or Korean . Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers by delivering personalized support and ensuring satisfaction across all touchpoints. Cross-Team Collaboration Liaise with internal teams—including Sales, Shipping, and Manufacturing—and external Korean-speaking partners to resolve issues and improve workflows. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, product feedback, and common issues for follow-up, improvement initiatives, and team communication.

Qualifications:

Fluent in both English and Korean (spoken and written) Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Experience with customer service or order fulfillment roles preferred Familiarity with shipping, order processing, and product handling Proficiency in tools like QuickBooks and Excel is a plus Ability and willingness to learn detailed product knowledge Positive attitude and a passion for solving problems
