Our valued client, is seeking a dedicated Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their team! This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your administrative and customer service skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

$18 – $19 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 4

High SchoolResponsibilities Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries through incoming phone calls, emails and chat. Work with the

Sales Team:

Sales team will do the calculations of the amount of product needed for a project and then this person will follow up and generate emails to the client with the specifics. Responsible for accurate clerical and data entry within company software systems and digital platforms. As a back-up, may greet visitors, assists in maintaining the reception area. Assist with answering phones and direct calls in a professional manner. Provide product and service information, direct customers to the appropriate team member, or taking messages as needed. Prepare labels Assist with organizing the warehouse area and sorting through and packing/organizing file cabinets for shipment to Bolingbrook. (light lifting) Order supplies if needed Assist with shipping (fed ex, UPS) as needed Looking for the following: Customer service experience (answering phones, responding to emails, chats) Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Experience with online order system such as Shopify, Amazon a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Effective multi-tasking, time management and prioritization skills Professional Customer Focused Detail-oriented Self-motivated – Ability to work independently Team player SkillsTelephone EtiquetteBasic Software SkillsTyping SkillsCustomer Relations
