Assist with cash handling processes as required. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience. Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism during all interactions. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs. Skills Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred. Strong sales skills with an ability to engage customers effectively. Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills in English. Experience in client services with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to type efficiently while managing conversations with customers. Cash handling experience is a plus.
