Job Summary:
Maxine Marketing is seeking highly motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team of independent contractors. This is a commission-only role ideal for those who enjoy face-to-face outreach and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment. Outreach includes participating in local events, tabletop setups, and door-to-door marketing. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer free yearly bill services to individuals on government assistance programs Manage daily sales activity and meet weekly quotas Collect daily cash payments for paid services Represent Maxine Marketing with professionalism at community events and in neighborhoods Maintain and be responsible for inventory and provided marketing materials
Requirements:
No prior experience needed – we provide free training Must be responsible, self-motivated, and goal-driven Ability to work independently and maintain a positive mental attitude Must be comfortable with face-to-face outreach Marketing materials provided: branded shirt, tent, tablecloth, and banner
Compensation & Incentives:
Opportunity to earn $1,292.00 via direct deposit $750.00 per week in cash payments Additional daily and weekly cash bonuses and promotional awards Uncapped commission – your hustle determines your income!
