We specialize in tax accounting services for individuals, tax accounting for small businesses, and payroll services for small businesses in the Tri-State area. Please see below for position requirements. Position Responsibilities Manage transactions with customers Collect cash, check, and credit card payments Issue receipts and refunds Greet customers, answer phone calls, respond to emails Contacting clients to follow up on collections and accounts receivables Other administrative/office tasks as necessary including filing tax returns, basic data entry, distributing mail, ordering supplies Position Requirements Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) Customer Satisfaction Oriented Communicates well with both clients and internal staff Retail / Cashier Experience Pay is hourly including overtime. Tax Season hours are extended and include one extra day. Health insurance coverage will be available for purchase after 3 months. Company 401K with match and paid vacation time available after 12 months.
