Sales RepresentativeResponsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for customers,addressing inquiries about billing, plan changes, technical issues,and general account information. Identify customer needs torecommend suitable solutions, including the latest services,devices, and special offers. Develop and maintain comprehensiveknowledge of wireless plans, promotions, and devices to effectivelyadvise customers. Work with internal teams to resolve customerissues quickly and professionally, focusing on customersatisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate records of customerinteractions, sales activities, and service details within CRMsystems. Attend team meetings and training sessions with fellowCustomer Service / Sales Representatives to remain up-to-date onnew products and service enhancements.
