Maintain food safety standards while handling and serving food items. Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café area, including kitchen and dining spaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Provide support for special events or promotions as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the food industry or restaurant setting. Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and order processing.
