Client Service Representative Shohola Veterinary Hospital 700 US 6, Shohola, PA 18458 Do you have strong communication skills and love working with animals? Shohola Veterinary Hospital in Pike County PA is seeking a welcoming and enthusiastic client service representative to work as a full-time receptionist in our growing veterinary practice. We are looking for someone who is friendly, compassionate, and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and the desire to learn. The ideal candidate has veterinary experience with a main focus being on client services and satisfaction. They must maintain a professional appearance as well as demeanor, providing excellent customer service at all time. Veterinary experience is a plus but not required. Advanced skill requirements include but are not limited to: Client communications and education Performing reminder calls Excellent phone and fax communications Maintaining proper documentation in the computerized medical record Managing record requests between referring veterinary clinics and specialty practices Acting as a liaison between clients, referring veterinarians, and co-workers Qualifications include: High school diploma or GED 1+ years of customer service job-related experience Must be able to safely lift 20lbs We offer competitive wages, a retirement package and an employee pet discount policy for full-time employees.
