What You’ll Do:
As a Call Center Representative II , you’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice that supports our members. You’ll provide accurate information, problem-solve with care, and help ensure our members feel confident and supported in every interaction.
Responsibilities include:
Providing prompt, courteous assistance to members via phone, email, and other channels Responding to online banking and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency Answering questions related to accounts, debit and credit cards, online access, IRAs, and more Researching and resolving member issues with attention to detail and follow-through Cross-selling credit union products and services when appropriate Supporting members with online and remote access tools Mailing, emailing, or faxing relevant forms and applications Maintaining confidentiality and a positive, cooperative attitude at all times Assisting with training and onboarding of new call center team members Leading by example in following procedures and offering peer coaching as needed

The ideal candidate has:
Strong communication and customer service skills Experience working in a call center or financial services environment (preferred) The ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems independently A collaborative, team-focused mindset Familiarity with credit union products and services (or willingness to learn) A commitment to confidentiality and regulatory compliance, including BSA and OFAC requirements
Physical Requirements:
This role involves sitting or standing for extended periods, using a computer and phone, and occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
