Full Job Description Position Summary :

This position works under the supervision of a manager to provide outstanding service so each customer has a positive experience. This position is an integral part of the daily workflow to ensure 100% satisfaction. This position offers the experience to gain on-the-job-training for future opportunities within the organization.

Position Responsibilities :

Ring out prescriptions for patients to be shipped or delivered Routing deliveries using pharmacy software Use of shipping software (USPS, FedEx, and UPS) following for detailed labeling and shipping instructions and processes. Communication with patients to confirm information and obtain payments. Manage inventory of shipping supplies

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience and Knowledge:

Must have strong communication skills to ensure excellent customer service. Must be detailed oriented. Must be a team player. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and apply new software. Ability to effectively perform and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to read and interpret detailed instructions.
