Key Responsibilities:

Manage document handling through scanning, emailing, faxing, and e-filing. Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail. Facilitate the opening of new accounts and oversee associated processes. Process and address account service requests promptly and efficiently. Answer client phone calls and provide professional support as needed. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Redtail CRM, and Monday.com for daily tasks and project management. Travel periodically to new office locations to support development initiatives. Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding new Financial Advisors during M&A projects. Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned. Essential Skills for

Relevant experience includes:

Working with data entry, numbers, sensitive and confidential information Having relevant office experience Directly working in the financial services industry Experience working with our Broker Dealer, LPL Financial Education in finance, having financial certifications, and/or securities licenses
