Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using computerized systems. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes. Order accuracy Skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerized customer service systems. Experience in healthcare insurance, verifying eligibility and an understanding of insurance policies . Previous experience in an office environment is advantageous. A strong commitment to providing excellent customer support and service.
