Murrysville, PA (Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days remote)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support through multiple channels and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will assist with troubleshooting, service requests, and issue resolution while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with internal teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Promptly and courteously respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and other channels.
Provide initial troubleshooting assistance for equipment or service-related issues.
Investigate and analyze customer complaints to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
Record details of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
Assist customers with processing service requests and coordinate with internal teams.
Identify and escalate issues that require further action.

Skills Required:

High School Diploma or Vocational Education.
No prior experience required, but 1-3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Data Analysis & Interpretation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Data Entry, Documentation & Reporting.
Experience in Administrative Support Escalation Management, Customer Response Management, and Customer Satisfaction Techniques.
Knowledge of Customer Service Software and Technical Support.
