Customer Service Representative 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Murrysville, PA 15668 Sterling Office Professionals has teamed up with our client in the Murrysville area in search of customer service representatives to add to their expanding team.

Murrysville Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide responsive, accurate assistance to taxpayers via phone and in person. Support team operations and other business units through administrative and customer service tasks. Make outbound calls to assist with account resolution and follow-ups. Process payments across multiple tax types accurately and efficiently. Create and update customer accounts, including processing address changes in internal systems. Maintain thorough and accurate notes in customer service applications. Stay current with relevant municipal and school district tax details. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Serve as an office key holder and assist with end-of-day bank deposits. Demonstrate strong listening and knowledge retention skills. Maintain attention to detail while managing complex or repetitive tasks. Adapt to changes in job duties, processes, or responsibilities as needed.
Education and Experience:
High school graduate or have an equivalency certificate (GED) Associate or bachelor’s degree in related business major is a plus. Previous customer service call center experience is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus No time off within the first 10 days (due to training schedule) Business casual dress code including jeans and tennis shoes permitted.
