Key Responsibilities of the
Client Support Trainee:
Engage in communication with customers directly, be an expert on all product knowledge, and educate them on their desired product inquiry Attending regular team meetings both in-person and virtually to strengthen customer service and sales skills Collaborate with the Client Support Trainee team to ensure flawless execution of direct sales and customer service initiatives Partner with the Client Support Trainee team and other departments to discuss monthly goals, new promotions, and customer acquisition targets Assist in developing and executing customer acquisition and lead-generation strategies Working closely with the Client Support Trainee team and management to share best practices and strategies for achieving sales goals Monitor and report sales progress to upper management Qualifications and Requirements for the
Client Support Trainee:
Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing role is ideal but not required Communication skills are proficient A natural leader with the potential to step into leadership roles as you grow within the company Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask multiple responsibilities simultaneously A positive and coachable attitude
