Services currently seeks an Alarm Coordinator-Dispatch to join our team in Cumberland, RI..This is an onsite 6+ month contract role. This role could potential work in to a full time perm opportunity.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm EST Pay rate: $22.82 per hour This role is responsible for supporting Burglary, Fire Alarm, and Access systems for Retail stores. Working closely with subcontractors to help support and track issues pertaining to CVS entities. The Alarm Special Project Coordinator position is in a fast-paced call center environment working in conjunction with Service/Installation team on trouble shooting calls. This role provides the opportunity to learn new technologies.

Duties:

Maintains accurate record keeping of calls received. Maintaining alarm processing database. (Placing accounts on test and confirming signals) Remotely accesses alarm systems to force communications as needed. Handles inbound calls for all the above items. Must have the proven ability to Work under stressful situations and Actively listen and communicate effectively through clear speech and hearing

Experience:

1+ years call center experience preferred. Call center dispatch exp is preferred, will be doing about 80 calls per shift (answering the call, notating, high repetition role) 1+ years experience providing customer service, preferably over the telephone, with proven ability to be sensitive to each request and apply strict confidentiality. 2+ years in Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology.

Preferred experience:

Familiarity with the Internet Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to maintain information in the strictest confidence.

Education:

Verifiable High School Diploma or
