About the

Role:

As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the friendly face that helps customers choose from our made-from-scratch baked goods, answer product questions, handle orders and payments, and keep the shop looking great. You’ll work closely with a supportive team to ensure each guest walks away happy — and maybe a little sweeter than they came in. Customer Experience Provide warm, efficient, and knowledgeable service at the pastry counter. Help customers navigate our product offerings and answer questions about ingredients, availability, and pricing. Accurately take orders for pickup and help manage order flow. Suggest additional products that enhance the customer’s visit. Register & Order Management Operate the POS system and handle transactions with accuracy. Balance cash drawers and follow proper payment procedures. Display & Inventory Restock and rotate pastry displays to maintain a fresh and attractive setup. Support back-of-house staff with packaging and product flow as needed. Store Operations Keep the customer service and phone area clean, organized, and safe. Answer incoming calls with professionalism and route as needed. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures in compliance with health codes.

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly and reliable team player with a strong work ethic. Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Experience in retail, food service, or a fast-paced customer-facing role is a plus—but not required. Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical & Work Environment:

This role requires being on your feet, moving and lifting throughout your shift. You’ll work in a retail bakery setting, using registers, phones, and other standard equipment. This is an on-site position; remote work is not available.
