East Providence, RI Salary:

Starting at $40,000-$50,0000, based on experience

Employment Type:

Full-time Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and respond to e-mails
• Package approvals for bulk orders
• Review and process approval samples
• Fill out customer forms
• Quality control on samples
• Assist customer service as needed

Job Requirements:

• Microsoft Office
• Excel
• Data entry

PowerPoint Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess:

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong time management with a high sense of urgency
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
• The ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a dynamic environment
• High sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
