Minimum Qualifications of the Entry LevelCustomer Service Trainee High school diploma or GED equivalentrequired. 0-1 year of experience in a customer-facing role inretail, hospitality, customer service, demonstrating a naturalaptitude for communication and helping others. Excellent verbalcommunication and active listening skills, with the ability toclearly explain information and empathize with customer needs.
Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of diagnosing basicissues and finding practical, customer-focused solutions.
Empathetic, patient, and professional demeanor, especially whenassisting customers with service inquiries or concerns. Highlyorganized and detail-oriented, able to manage customer interactionsand documentation accurately. A positive attitude and a genuinedesire to provide outstanding customer experiences. Reliable andpunctual, with a consistent commitment to attendance and adherenceto daily schedules for field engagements. Proficiency in usingmobile devices or tablets for customer interaction logging andaccessing support resources. Reliable transportation, a validdriver’s license, and current auto insurance are mandatory, asdaily travel within the Providence, RI metropolitan area toresidential customer locations is a core requirement.
