We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Medicare Concierge for a contract assigment. In this role, you will act as a dedicated point of contact for Medicare members, guiding them through their plan options, addressing benefit inquiries, and delivering white-glove service with every interaction. Serve as a primary resource for Medicare beneficiaries by answering questions related to plans, benefits, claims, eligibility, and coverage. Educate members on how to use their Medicare plans effectively and navigate the healthcare system. Provide high-touch, personalized support in a professional and empathetic manner. Assist members with resolving issues, escalating concerns when necessary, and ensuring timely follow-up. Maintain accurate documentation of all member interactions in the system. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless support and member satisfaction.
