Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain updated customer records. Analyze customer feedback and trends to improve service delivery. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and enhance overall service quality. Skills Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus. Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent support. Experience in outbound calling and sales is advantageous. Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions.
