What You’ll Do:
Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route messages appropriately Verify insurance information and collect co-pays Maintain accurate patient records and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Support clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed ✅
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a medical office or customer service setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems a plus High school diploma or equivalent required ????
